Stuttgart

We visited Stuttgart on Friday. It was one of the cities within 2 hours from where I live that we had not visited yet. We knew Porsche and Mercedes Benz are originated from the city, but what we didn't know, is that everyone drove one! I mean, everyone does not walk around with a baguette under the arm in Paris or shoot fireworks in China :) But the city was wonderful. Absolutely beautiful. We walked around here and there and spent a long time in the beautiful Schlossplatz.

We found a nice poster for our collection (I want posters of happenings from different cities we visit and at some point I want to frame the best ones and have them in a room in our future home...)

And how much we liked all the beautiful buildings. So many towers, so homey feeling. What a city!

We sat down do drink a cold beer in a very cute place that reminded of the old town in Stockholm.

After walking, drinking and eating in the city and taking in the atmosphere for some hours, we drove to the Mercedes Benz museum. As you can see, Fra enjoyed it...

The museum had the coolest elevator...

And both futuristic new cars and old ones...
