Before the girls returned to Finland we drunk a hot chocolate in Lindau and then went to check out what kind of city Zürich is. We were all a bit surprised, because Zürich was even more expensive than anyone of us could have imagined and it was also way more adorable than we had thought. We walked around the narrow streets of the old town, taking pictures, admiring and popping in to shops. Then we found a cafeteria with a nice atmosphere and enjoyed there an afternoon coffee. Pyre also bought lovely sparkling earrings that have stayed in my mind ever since. Even though Zürich is the wealthiest city in Europe, it was impossible to notice from the people or the public transports as the majority of trams were old and rough and the people looked like anyone else in this part of the world, not really high fashion. On the contrary, it was impossible to buy anything in the shops as all products had one or two zeros too much on the price tag, as what I would have paid for the product. Anyway, I would like to visit Zürich soon again because I am interested in seeing the exhibitions at the Design Museum!
